Terms and Conditions – Lucky 77

By accessing or using the Lucky 77 platform – whether through our website or mobile app – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process and create your Lucky 77 account.

Providing false information during registration is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

Each player may hold only one account. Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited at our discretion.

All financial transactions on Lucky 77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Lucky 77 balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on the banking institution involved. Lucky 77 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Once your identity verification is complete and your account is in good standing, withdrawal requests are handled promptly. Lucky 77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the account has not previously been fully verified or if the withdrawal amount triggers an enhanced review under our internal procedures.

• Withdrawals can only be processed back to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your own name.
• Lucky 77 does not send payments to third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to other people.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.
• Any suspected fraudulent transaction will result in an immediate withdrawal hold pending investigation.

Each promotion has its own specific terms, including the wagering requirement (rollover), eligible games or markets, minimum deposit threshold, time limit and any maximum bet restrictions that apply while bonus funds are active. • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account on expiry.
• One bonus per household, device and IP address applies to all welcome offers unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash directly or used in combination with other active bonuses unless Lucky 77 explicitly states otherwise.
• Lucky 77 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, multi-accounting or coordinated play will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

Lucky 77 offers sports betting markets across cricket, football, esports, tennis, basketball and more. Cricket coverage includes PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and major tournaments involving the Pakistan national team. All betting markets are subject to the following general rules.

• Bets are accepted and settled on the basis of the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change before you submit your betslip; the final confirmed odds are those recorded in your betting history.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will typically be settled according to the official ruling of the relevant governing body. The specific outcome depends on the sport and the stage of the match at which the event was disrupted.
• Lucky 77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including instances where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault or human error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play bets are subject to a slight delay to account for live data transmission. Bets placed after an in-play event has already concluded – even if not yet reflected in the live odds – may be voided at Lucky 77's discretion.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the betslip for each selection and vary by sport, market type and event significance.
• Lucky 77 does not accept bets from players who have insider knowledge of a sporting event or who are directly involved in that event in any capacity.

Lucky 77's casino section includes slots from leading game studios, live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show titles) and other instant-play options. All casino games operate using certified random number generation or real-time live dealing, depending on the game type.

Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by title and are determined by the game provider. RTP information for individual games is available within the game's information panel. Lucky 77 does not manipulate the outcome of any game and has no ability to do so; outcomes are determined entirely by the game provider's certified software or live dealer procedures.

• Casino game results are final once a round is completed. Technical errors during a game session that affect the outcome will be investigated and resolved based on the server-side game log, which is the definitive record of all game activity.
• Bonus funds may carry game restrictions – for example, certain bonus types may only contribute to wagering requirements when used on specified slots and not on live casino tables. These restrictions are detailed in individual promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lucky 77 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, or providing fabricated documents during verification.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotions through hedging, low-risk wagering patterns or coordinated multi-account play designed to extract bonus value with minimal genuine risk.
• Arbitrage betting at scale: Using Lucky 77 as part of a coordinated arbitrage operation across multiple platforms in a manner that exploits pricing errors rather than genuine sporting opinions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts or any automated software to interact with the platform, scrape odds data or place bets without genuine manual input.
• Money laundering: Using Lucky 77 to process funds derived from illegal activity. All suspicious financial activity is monitored and will be escalated as required.

Lucky 77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term listed in this document.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under responsible gaming provisions.
• A court order or direction from a relevant authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative or compliance reasons that do not involve a player breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason may do so by contacting Lucky 77 support. Closure requests are processed promptly. If a player wishes to reopen a closed account, they must contact support and pass a fresh verification check before access is restored.
